Evaluation for Strictly come dancing

For my strictly come dancing theme i chosen a Spanish dancer i thought it went really well i enjoyed doing the whole look especially the makeup. I usually do really bold dramatic makeup and i done really natural makeup for TV. My model is mixed raced and i have never worked on her skin tone before and i thought it would work perfect for my theme and so i can push myself instead of doing the same skin tones and the same bold makeup all the time.
I chose to do a brown smoky eye with a bold red lip to compliment on the red in the dress and the red flower in her hair.
I think that it really suited her skin tone and especially with the smokey eye as it was all neutral colours.
I wanted her hair to big big and curly she already had wavy hair so i added a few curls and back combed it to make it has a lot of volume and it looked really nice and i added a flower to add more to my spanish theme.

I found my photographer from the university photography students as we went to a meet up and he offered to do the shoot for me and i would do his film makeup for him.
I really enjoyed doing the shoot and the photos look amazing.
if i was to change anything or re do it i would make it more editorial and more my style of makeup by doing a heavy cut crease and a red glitter lip.
